Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State for Wales that the persons referred to in the Schedule to this Order are persons exercising functions of a public nature;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6(1)(o) of the Welsh Language Act 1993^f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
