WELSH LANGUAGE

Coming into force 31 March 2026

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 26, 27, 39 and 150(5) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011^f1 make the following Regulations.

In accordance with the Senedd approval procedure applied by section 150(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011^f2 a draft of this Welsh statutory instrument was laid before, and approved by resolution of, Senedd Cymru.
