Regulation 4 Amendment to the Welsh Language Standards (No. 1) Regulations 2015

The Welsh Language Standards (No. 1) Regulations 2015^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In Part 3 of Schedule 1 after paragraph 24 insert—

“

24A	A body is not required to comply with any of the standards in respect of an activity or a service where that activity is carried out or that service is provided as a result of an order under section 98 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009f2.
