Article 11 Period allowed for making an application

A notice of application must be received by the Tribunal no later than the first working day after the expiry of the period of 28 days beginning with the date when the applicant was given written notice of the decision of the Commissioner which is disputed.

Subject to rule 14, the Tribunal may not consider an application unless it was commenced in accordance with paragraph (1).
