Article 7 Alternative dispute resolution

The Tribunal must, where appropriate, bring to the attention of the parties any available appropriate alternative procedure for the resolution of the dispute.

If the parties wish to use the alternative dispute resolution procedure the Tribunal may, provided that it is compatible with the overriding objective, stay the application.
