# The Welsh Language Tribunal Rules 2015, Article 8: Establishment of tribunal panels


(1) Tribunal panels which exercise the jurisdiction of the Tribunal under these Rules, are to be appointed by the President in accordance with rule 9.
(2) They are to sit at such times, and in such places, as the President may from time to time determine.
