  "text": "The following provisions of the Measure come into force on 6 July 2015 in so far as they extend to Scotland and Northern Ireland—\n(a) section 144(3)(a) (Abolition of Board’s general functions and replacement of schemes with standards) of Part 9 to the extent it is not already in force; and\n(b) section 145(2) (Replacement of Welsh language schemes with standards) of Part 9 to the extent it is not already in force.",
