  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is made under sections 150(5) and 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”). Article 2 lists the provisions which are to come into force on 28 June 2011.\nThis is the first commencement order to be made under the Measure. On 28 June 2011 it commences sections and paragraphs of the Measure which enable Welsh Ministers to make specific regulations and orders, including regulations about the appointment of the Welsh Language Commissioner.",
