  "text": "The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 10 January 2012—\n(a) section 23(4);\n(b) paragraphs 1, 5, 10 and 11 of Schedule 4, and section 23(1) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.",
