# The Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.2) Order 2012, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order is made under sections 150(5) and 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”) and brings into force certain provisions of the Measure that relate to the appointment, by the Welsh Ministers, of members of the Advisory Panel to the Welsh Language Commissioner.
