  "text": "The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 1 April 2012—\n(a) sections 2, 23, 138, 139 and 146 to the extent that these sections are not already in force;\n(b) Schedules 1, 4 and 12 to the extent these Schedules are not already in force;\n(c) sections 3, 5 and 6;\n(d) section 7 except for\n(i) subsections (2) and (6) where those subsections relate to Part 5, and\n(ii) subsections (3)(b), (4), (8) and (10);\n(e) Schedule 2 except for paragraph 8(2)(a);\n(f) sections 8 to 10 and 12 to 15;\n(g) section 16 except for subsections (2)(a) and (b);\n(h) sections 17 to 19;\n(i) Part 4 is commenced as follows:\n(i) Chapters 2 to 5,\n(ii) Chapter 8, and\n(iii) Chapter 9 except for section 69;\n(j) Schedules 5 to 9;\n(k) Part 6;\n(l) paragraphs 9 and 18 of Schedule 11 and section 120(4) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs;\n(m) sections 134 to 137;\n(n) section 140 except for the following:\n(i) subsection (1)(c), and\n(ii) subsections (1)(d) and (e) where those subsections refer to investigations under Part 5;\n(o) section 141 except for the following:\n(i) subparagraph (a) of the definition of “complainant”, and\n(ii) subparagraph (b) of the definition of “investigation”;\n(p) sections 142, 143, 144(3)(b) and 147.",
