  "text": "The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 17 April 2012—\n(a) section 22 except for subsection (2)(b) to (d) and the definition of “standards enforcement investigation” in subsection (9);\n(b) section 24; and\n(c) section 44.",
