  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is made under section 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”). It brings into force provisions of the Measure that relate to the Welsh Language Tribunal to enable the Welsh Ministers to appoint the members of the Tribunal and for the President to start preparatory work. The provisions are within Part 7 of, and Schedule 11 to, the Measure.",
