# Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011, Paragraph 11


The First Minister may dismiss the Commissioner if the First Minister is satisfied that the Commissioner—
(a) is unfit to continue as Commissioner, or
(b) is unable or unwilling to exercise the Commissioner's functions.
