  "text": "A person is disqualified from being Commissioner on grounds of employment if the person is—\n(a) a Member of Parliament;\n(b) a Member of the National Assembly for Wales;\n(c) a member of a county council, a county borough council or a community council in Wales;\n(d) a member of the Tribunal;\n(e) a member of the Advisory Panel;\n(f) a person who is employed by, or advises, a person who is within Schedule 5 or Schedule 7;\n(g) a member of the Commissioner's staff.",
