  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“public authority” (“awdurdod cyhoeddus”) means each public authority within the meaning of section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998;\n“public money” (“arian cyhoeddus”) means—\n(a)moneys made available directly or indirectly by—\n(i)the National Assembly for Wales;\n(ii)the Welsh Ministers;\n(iii)Parliament;\n(iv)Ministers of the Crown; ...\n(v)...\n(b)moneys provided by virtue of any enactment.",
