  "text": "(1) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the President must—\n(a) produce a report on the Tribunal's exercise of its functions in that financial year, and\n(b) lay a copy of the report before the National Assembly for Wales.\n(c) The President must comply with any requirements of the National Assembly for Wales in relation to the form of the report and the laying of it.",
