  "text": "(1) The Welsh Language Board is abolished.\n(2) The functions conferred on the Board by section 3 of the 1993 Act are transferred to the Commissioner.\n(3) But that is subject to any order under section 154 which provides for those functions to be transferred to the Welsh Ministers (whether instead of, or in addition to, the functions being transferred to the Commissioner).\n(4) The functions conferred on the Board by Part 2 of the 1993 Act are transferred to the Commissioner.\n(5) The following provisions of the 1993 Act are repealed—\n(a) section 1;\n(b) section 2;\n(c) section 4(2);\n(d) section 34(2);\n(e) Schedule 1.",
