  "text": "(1) The functions conferred on the Board by Part 2 of the 1993 Act (and transferred as mentioned in section 143) are abolished.\n(2) The following provisions of the 1993 Act are repealed—\n(a) Part 2;\n(b) section 34(1) and (3).",
