  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n(a) references to a person being liable to be required to comply with standards are to be read in accordance with section 33;\n(b) references to a person's entry in the Schedule 6 table or the Schedule 8 table are to be read in accordance with section 34;\n(c) references to a standard being potentially applicable to a person are to be read in accordance with sections 36 and 37;\n(d) references to a standard being specifically applicable to a person are to be read in accordance with section 39.\n(2) In this Part—\n“Schedule 5 table” means the table in Schedule 5;\n“Schedule 6 table” means the table in Schedule 6;\n“Schedule 7 table” means the table in Schedule 7;\n“Schedule 8 table” means the table in Schedule 8.",
