  "heading": "Failure to comply with action plan",
  "text": "(1) This section applies if D has prepared an action plan in accordance with section 80.\n(2) The Commissioner may, during the relevant period, apply to a county court for an order requiring D to comply with the action plan.\n(3) In this section “relevant period” means the period of 5 years beginning with the day when the action plan comes into force.",
