  "text": "(1) The title of this Order is the Welsh Levy Board Order 2008.\n(2) Articles 2, 3(1) and (2), 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 and Schedule 2 come into force the day after this Order is made.\n(3) The remainder of the Order comes into force on 1 April 2008.",
