# The Welsh Levy Board Order 2008, Article 10: Incidental Powers


(1) The Welsh Levy Board may do anything that appears to it to be conducive or incidental to the discharge of its functions.
(2) In particular it may—
(a) enter into agreements;
(b) acquire or dispose of property;
(c) raise funds by means of voluntary contributions; and
(d) accept gifts.
