Paragraph 1 Procedure

(1)

The Welsh Levy Board may determine its own procedure, and in particular it may—

(a)

determine a quorum;

(b)

appoint committees and sub-committees to advise it in the exercise of any of its functions; and

(c)

determine the quorum and procedure of any those committees.

(2)

Any committee may include members who are not members of the Welsh Levy Board.
