# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 29: Deer Act 1991


The functions of the Secretary of State under the Deer Act 1991 , so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales and so far as they have not already been transferred, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
