# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 35: School Standards and Framework Act 1998


The functions of the Secretary of State under section 137 (Education Transfer Council: alteration of functions and provision for dissolution) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 , so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
