# The Welsh Water Authority (Pendine Water Supply) Order 1989, Article 2: Interpretation


In this order:–
“the Authority” means the Welsh Water Authority;
“the deposited plans” means the two plans prepared in duplicate signed by the authority of the Secretary of State, numbered 1 and 2 respectively and marked“Plan referred to in the Welsh Water Authority (Pendine Water Supply) Order 1989” one duplicate of each of which is deposited and available for inspection at the offices of the Authority at Cambrian Way, Brecon and the other at the Welsh Office, Cathays Park, Cardiff;
“the undertaking” means the water undertaking of the Authority as from time to time authorised by any enactment.
