  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph ‎(2) and article ‎35 (consent to transfer the benefit of the Order), the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of the undertaker.\n(2) Paragraph ‎(1) does not apply to Work No. 4 in respect of which the provisions of this Order are for the benefit of the undertaker and National Grid.",
