  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Okehampton are abolished.\n(2) The parish of Okehampton is divided into two parish wards named respectively—\n(a) North;\n(b) South.\n(3) Each parish ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the parish ward.\n(4) Eight councillors are to be elected for North parish ward.\n(5) Six councillors are to be elected for South parish ward.",
