  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the West Midlands Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2017.\n(2) Save as provided in paragraph (3) this Order comes into force on 8th May 2017.\n(3) Article 24(3)(d)(ii) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.",
