  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe District of Sandwell was divided into two coroners' districts, Sandwell North and Sandwell South, by the West Midlands (Coroners' Districts) Order 1974. This Order amalgamates these two districts into one coroner’s district, to be known as the Sandwell coroner’s district.",
