  "text": "Transport\nMade 6th May 2014\nLaid before Parliament 12th May 2014\nComing into force 4th June 2014\nThe Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(2) of the Local Government Act 1985.\nIn accordance with section 29(3) of that Act he has had regard to the number of local government electors in the areas of the constituent councils of the West Midlands Integrated Transport Authority.\nHe has consulted those councils in accordance with section 29(4) of Act.",
