  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order alters the membership of the West Midlands Integrated Transport Authority. From 4th June 2014 the number of members to be appointed by the constituent councils is reduced to one per council.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
