  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020 (S.I. 2020/511) (“the 2020 Order”), a development consent order within the meaning of the Planning Act 2008 (”the Act”).\nThis Order follows an application under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Act to make a non-material change to the 2020 Order to one spot level for road infrastructure identified on the parameters plans.\nA copy of the substituted plans mentioned in this Order may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of South Staffordshire Council at Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, Wolverhampton, WV8 1PX.",
