  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 are incorporated in this Order subject to the following modifications—\n(a) for “the acquiring authority” substitute “ the undertaker ”;\n(b) for the “undertaking” substitute “ authorised development ”; and\n(c) paragraph 8(3) is not incorporated.\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to the plots shown coloured pink, hatched pink or coloured orange on the land plans.",
