# The West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020, Article 40: Charges


The undertaker may demand, take or recover or waive such charges for carrying goods on the railway comprised in the authorised development, and for any other services or facilities provided in connection with the operation of that railway, as it thinks fit.
