# The West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020, Paragraph 23: Fencing


Where so reasonably required by the engineer the undertaker must to the reasonable satisfaction of the engineer fence off a specified work or protective works or take such other steps as the engineer may require to be taken for the purpose of separating a specified work or protective works from the waterway, whether on a temporary or permanent basis or both.
