  "text": "The undertaker must prior to commencement of the county highway works effect public liability insurance with an insurer in the minimum sum of £10,000,000.00 (ten million pounds) against any legal liability for damage loss or injury to any property or any person as a direct result of the execution of the county highway works or any part thereof by the undertaker.",
