  "text": "The undertaker and the Trust may enter into, and carry into effect, agreement for the transfer to the undertaker of—\n(a) any waterway shown on the works and/or land plans and described in the book of reference;\n(b) any lands, works or other property held in connection with any such waterway; and\n(c) and rights and obligations (whether or not statutory) of the Trust relating to the waterway or any lands, works or other property referred to in this paragraph,\nand the Trust may seek to require the undertaker to pay a commercial rate/cost/fee to the Trust.",
