# The West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020, Paragraph 26: Water and flood risk – flood risk assessment


The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the mitigation measures detailed within section 5.3 of the flood risk assessment or be carried out in accordance with any variation to these measures agreed in writing with the Environment Agency, the relevant local flood authority or the approving body under Schedule 3 (sustainable drainage) to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 , whichever of these is the body having jurisdiction over the watercourse in question.
