# The West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020, Paragraph 30: Waste management during the operational phase


No warehouse, rail terminal or community park may be brought into use until a waste management scheme for that part of the authorised development during the operational phase has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter the approved scheme must be implemented and maintained for the duration of the operation of that part of the authorised development.
