  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nBy virtue of section 166(3) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, on the coming into force of this Order the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation will cease to act except for the purpose of preparing its final accounts and report and winding up its affairs. The corporation will be dissolved on 31st July 2014.\nNo Impact Assessment has been prepared for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
