# The West Suffolk (Electoral Changes) Order 2021, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)
Under section 92(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, West Suffolk Council made recommendations, following a review by St. Edmundsbury Borough Council, to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for the related alteration of the boundary of an electoral division in West Suffolk Council’s area.
The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has decided to give effect to the recommendations made by West Suffolk Council and makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 92(3) of that Act.
