  "text": "(1) Notwithstanding the amended parish boundary between the parish of Rushbrooke with Rougham and the parish of Bury St Edmunds provided for under the Council’s Order of 27th October 2022, that part of the existing Moreton Hall district ward which remains in Rushbrooke with Rougham parish is to be transferred from Moreton Hall district ward to Rougham district ward.\n(2) The part of the parish of Worlington that becomes part of the parish of Red Lodge by virtue of the Council’s Order of 11th October 2022 ceases to be part of the Manor district ward and becomes part of the Iceni district ward.",
