Whereas an application for the purpose of extending an Education Action Zone has been made to the Secretary of State with the consent of the governing bodies of every school participating therein.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 f1 the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Order:
