Paragraph 11 Trees

(1)

All trees and shrubs planted under the approved Landscape Masterplan shall be maintained for a period of 5 years.

(2)

Any trees or shrubs that either die, are lost, damaged or become diseased during this 5 year period shall be replaced with a tree or shrub of the same species within the next available planting season.
