# The Wheelabrator Kemsley K3 Generating Station Order 2021, Paragraph 12: Surface water drainage


All surface water drainage from the authorised development discharging to a local water course shall be attenuated for a 1:100 year return storm with a limited discharge of 7 litres per second per hectare or the equivalent run off from a greenfield site for a 1:2 storm.
