  "text": "Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications that—\n(1) paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 3 is not incorporated; and\n(2) for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”.",
