# The White Moss Landfill Order 2015, Article 13: Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code

Extent: E+W

Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications that—
(1) paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 3 is not incorporated; and
(2) for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”.
