# The White Moss Landfill Order 2015, Paragraph 15: Rainford Drain

Extent: E+W

No soil stripping operations may be carried out until a scheme setting out how the Rainford Drain will be diverted around the perimeter of the landfill has been approved by the county planning authority. The drain must be diverted in accordance with that scheme. The diverted pipeline must be constructed to a standard which provides for the effective management of water.
